Yes, there is. Our network version is intended for local area networks with a dedicated server machine to host Simsol. This setup allows your team to log in & share your Simsol files in one place. In Simsol’s Complete Building Repair Registry, you’ll have access to over 30,000 line items for residential, heavy commercial, and mobile/manufactured homes. You’ll also have access to our personal property and insurance-to-value databases.

All core and materials pricing is updated quarterly, and in times of catastrophe, we may issue special advisories on how pricing should or should not be adjusted during catastrophe-related reconstruction. You’ll also receive a monthly tax and a yearly Insurance to Value update to make sure you’re always up to date.

During your trial period, you’ll have access to an almost-full version of Simsol so you can try it out. Any claims that you complete during your trial period will carry over when you’re ready to upgrade to a paid subscription. You’ll have access to many instructional tools and videos to help you get started. You’ll also be able to speak to our knowledgeable support staff for help with any of our products at no cost to you.

The only features you will not have access to are file-sharing tools like archiving and exporting more than a few PDFs without watermarks. These features will become enabled when a subscription plan is purchased.

Yes, Simsol comes with one of the industry’s most natural drawing tools, “SmartSketch.” SmartSketch gives you many different methods for quickly drawing perfect diagrams every time. You can import rooms directly from the estimate section of your claim, use the QuickSketch feature or draw your sketch using the many freehand tools provided by Simsol.

Paid versions of Simsol includes complete access to the Simsol program. This includes version updates, pricing and tax updates, access to our technical support team, and the ability to transfer full claim files to other users of Simsol.

Nope, your claims will be safe and sound unless the program is uninstalled from your computer. You can even print existing claims without an active license.
